Temporary Traffic Regulation Order

Footpath P50, Footpath From Donisthorpe Lane To Measham Road;
Ashby Woulds/Donisthorpe

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic
Regulation Order at the above location.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety for
National Forest Company to facilitate footpath resurfacing and maintenance.
Public right of way closures are required on Footpaths P50 and Footpath From
Donisthorpe Lane To Measham Road between Moira Furnace and Donisthorpe
Basin on the 3rd February 2025 for 10 weeks. Closures will be phased and are
scheduled to be in place Mondays to Fridays with the footpaths open at weekends.
The proposed alternative diversion route will be using existing National Forest
footpaths, public rights of way, and footways; and will be signed on site.
